Service Booking Policy:

Grace Period Allotted Time: 5 mins

A grace period is only a courtesy and not a requirement for service provided appointments. We understand life happens but we also have to keep in mind our other clients that may be booked after you. Please arrive on time for your appointment which means 5 to 10 mins early. This allows for you to ask any questions and time to undress and get comfortable for your session. 

Late Arrivals/No Shows: Your late arrival will require that I end the session at the scheduled time, meaning your session will unfortunately be shorter. I have reserved this time for you and only you and you must be responsible for your time. If you choose to cancel appointment due to your tardiness, you only get 1 reschedule if service is paid in full if cancellation is made 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, and if only deposit has been provided you must pay remainder of service that was forfeited. For customers who pay in full if you choose not to reschedule on your part you forfeit your payment made for the service booked.  We do our best to accommodate everyone the best we can.
No Shows: If you do not show up or call to advise us that you will not be able to make it for whatever reason you forfeit your payment and if you choose to book again must pay in full, you will not have the option to leave a deposit for said service being requested. 
Massage Service Break Down:
Most massages provided by Indiglow Holistics ARE NOT basic massages. We are also not a quick turn around service provider, meaning you wont come in and go right back out. We will discuss your session and provide recommendations. Most of our services include additional services like but not limited to hot stone therapy, hot towels, aromatherapy, gua sha services just to name a few. Indiglow Holistic massages are a FULL 60min and not the usual basic Swedish 50 mins. Further more, Which is why we stress the importance of being on time for the time you choose through booking. This allows the therapist to properly clean and disinfect area for the next client and also give the therapist time to prepare physically as well. Once your late it starts a trickle effect that can be costly to the business and unfair to those who show up on time for their service appointment.
