I've been coming to Shila for a couple of years now and decided I wanted to try something new for my bday. I opted for the outdoor stretch session which wasn't being advertised just yet. Just like her massage, it was amazing hence my returning every time. I recommend Shila's services to anyone who needs a reset mentally physically and sometimes emotionally.
